At Lactea, customer satisfaction and product hygiene are our top priorities. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. 🛍️ 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. 🚫

Used Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Once a product has been opened, assembled, or used in any way, it is no longer eligible for resale and therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.📦 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess and resolve the issue as soon as possible.📞 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return (for eligible items), please Contact  us on  WhatsApp [+923312948359] with:

  • Your Order number and Order Name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which means the cost of order shipping will be deducted from your refund
